Todd Miller

Todd C. Miller is an experienced and respected attorney who has practiced law in the State of Illinois
for the last twenty years. He moved to Central Illinois from the Chicago area in 1990. His practice has
focused on family law and, in particular, child support issues.

Todd was Chief of the Peoria County State’s Attorney’s Office, Child Support Enforcement Division, for
four years. He was recruited by the then McLean County State’s Attorney to develop that office’s child
support division. He was Chief of that Division for over eight years.

While with the Peoria County State’s Attorney’s Office, Todd was nominated for and accepted as
an “Outstanding Young Man of America.”

Todd has spoken extensively to bar, governmental and community groups on issues related to child
support enforcement.

Todd is known for his strong negotiating skills and believes that a well-negotiated settlement is
preferable to drawn-out litigation. However, he also has extensive courtroom experience in a number
of Central Illinois counties.

Todd is licensed to practice before the Circuit, Appellate and Supreme courts of the State of Illinois as
well as the United State District Court for the Central District of Illinois. He is also a member of the
Illinois State Bar Association and the McLean County Bar Association.

Todd and his wife live in McLean County where they raise their two sons.
